Cancellation and Return

1-I want to return my product. What are the return conditions?
The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its standard accessories, within 14 business days.
Underwear products must be returned within the same day. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Promotional and campaign products given as gifts should also be sent along with the return.
For the return process, the product invoice or the form on the back of the order information form sent to you must be filled in or an e-mail must be sent to us regarding the reason for the return.
Returns must be sent with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a cargo label attached to the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted), have lost their resaleability, and are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

The shipping fee for returns belongs to Feu De Elu if it is sent by contracted cargo.
2-How can I return my product?
Return: Provided that the products to be returned are complete and undamaged, along with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any;
You can return the product by creating a return request from the My Account - My Refund Requests section and informing the cargo of the return cargo code you created with our contracted cargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, and the Customer number, 1044073199.

3- When can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been delivered to cargo, you can call our online customer support center or send an e-mail to [email protected].

4- How will I return the product with the cargo company?
You can request an online courier from Yurtiçi Cargo Website (https://www.yurticikargo.com.tr/).
You can deliver your cargo to the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo branch.

6- What is the Return Address?

7- How will I track the return I made with the cargo company?
You can inquire about the transportation of your return to our warehouse from our contracted company Yurtiçi Kargo using the following methods and delivery number.
You can make an inquiry from the shipment inquiry box on Yurtiçi Kargo Website (https://www.yurticikargo.com.tr/gonderitakip).
You can inquire about your return using the delivery number by calling Yurtiçi Cargo Call Center. 

8- Will I pay shipping costs when returning my product?
You can send the products you are returning free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

9- How and when is the refund made?
If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 14 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are made to your Iban account within 14 business days after the cargo reaches us.

10- How is the refund of my installment payments deposited?
The refund is made by your bank to your credit card in installments - according to your payment method. It is entirely your bank's practice to reflect the refund to your credit card in installments. You can get detailed information on the subject from your bank. 

11- The product I purchased broke/lost its properties after use. What should I do ?
If you think that your product has become damaged or lost its features due to a manufacturing error under normal usage conditions, you can return it within the framework of the return conditions. After your return reaches our warehouse, it will be subject to an inspection process by our quality assurance unit. You can check the Warranty Scope Section on our website to get information about the Inspection Process.
All the products you order are carefully packaged after careful checking.
Our company acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. You can return unopened, unused and resalable products within 14 business days from the delivery date along with the invoice, with stating the reason.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN CASE OF PROBLEMS CAUSED BY USER ERRORS.
However, in cases where you think that the malfunction in the product is due to production process, you can send the product to us along with the invoice for examination by our quality control unit.
